A relatively new but fast-growing church – founded in the mid-90s and moving into their new church in the early 2000s – was already needing to expand. Our challenge was to design systems that could seamlessly serve the structure with efficient heating and cooling that could handle variable requirements and changing needs to match church use.

Arthritis and Rheumatology Clinics of Kansas opened in the early 2000s but due to steady growth required a new location after just 10 years. We were tasked with designing an HVAC system that would provide efficient heating and cooling that could be easily varied among the various clinic areas.

Students attending the Independence School District will go from overflow trailers to brand new classrooms starting May 29th. The new Cassell Park Elementary comes equipped with a PLTW - Project Lead The Way #STEM classroom and 69,000 sqft to host some of the 1500 students the school district has gained over the last 10 years. We were excited to help bring this much-needed space to life alongside Hollis + Miller Architects and Nabholz Corporation. #EngineeringSuccess #schools #education

41 Action News featured Cassell Park Elementary on their morning news today ahead of our ribbon cutting and open house tonight! The ribbon cutting begins at 5 p.m. followed by the open house until 7 p.m. We are excited to welcome students, parents and community members to see the progress at Cassell Park Elementary (10401 East 31st Street, Independence, MO 64052) which will open for summer school on May 29.
