When Charlotte Pipe & Foundry Co., came to us with plans to build an $80 million, 134,000-square-foot PVC pipe manufacturing facility in Maize, Kansas, they knew what they wanted this plant to look and operate like. They just needed an engineering partner to implement the plan.
